Our Content: All platform design, features, and content are owned by Bari Samaj and protected by intellectual property laws.
Matrimony Services
- Matrimony profiles must be accurate and genuine
- We do not guarantee matches or verify all information
- Users are responsible for their own due diligence
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile
Limitation of Liability
Bari Samaj is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Interactions with other users
- Technical issues or service interruptions
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

- Remain inactive for an extended period
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wardha, Maharashtra.
